I had an issue with misfiring cylinders. I went to Firestone because it was the nearest shop to my house. They replaced my high pressure fuel pump (over $1200), then afterwards said I also needed my fuel rail pressure sensor replaced, but for whatever reason they could not just order/replace the sensor itself and would have to do the entire fuel rail and sensor together (another almost $1300 on top of what i already paid). I declined the additional work. They left the sensor unplugged and told me if I plugged it back in without having it replaced the car would “crank, rattle, and stall out”, basically become undriveable (it was technically driveable while unplugged, but had limited power). I spent all weekend researching how to replace the part myself (the sensor is widely available as an individual part separate from the fuel rail), then finally had a mobile mechanic come look at the vehicle. He ran the diagnostics, plugged the sensor back in, restarted the vehicle and it started perfectly. No cranking, rattling or stalling like they said would happen. I drove it around the block, it had full power again. The engine codes also cleared on their own after the sensor was plugged back

I bought four new tires. When I got home i realized the my driver side front tire was only inflated a little over half way. Tires were good value, they did it quickly. I'm just glad I had an air compressor at home.

Great place! Had a flat tire on the interstate and the tow driver recommended this tire shop. I walked in 25 minutes before they closed for the day and they got me back on the road even though it meant staying late. James was friendly and very helpful. This weary traveler is extremely grateful for their exceptional and excellent service!

Quick and excellent service with a smile, Jen and James really make sure to get you taken care of and deliver. Great customer service. Very much appreciated for getting us back on the road. Especially on a Sunday after 4 o'clock. Definitely an exception to the norm these days. Very grateful.

My Hyundai is a 2013 model, and it’s at 161,000 miles. You wouldn’t be able to tell this, because the way it has been maintained and taken care of with Firestone has made it seem like a brand-new vehicle since I’ve owned it. Yes, I have had brakes replaced (rods and routers too), I have had multiple tires added and replaced, oil change palooza, and just overall work done to make this car a reliable vehicle. And since owning it, Firestone has had their full hands and workmanship on each and every step. I won’t let anyone else look at it, because their records and constant vigilance is second to none. In fact, I was just speaking with Jennifer on Sunday about how busy she is, and she was sharing how busy they have been. I told her, “it’s because you are quality, and quality attracts.” If you’re in the neighborhood of Noblesville, Fishers, or even in the lands of Westfield, take a trip to the Tegler Firestone.
